Orders paid before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day with tracking. Most domestic orders arrive in 2–4 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.

Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders repeat on the interval you choose. To skip, pause, change, or cancel, email support@bacwatersupplyusa.com at least three days before your next delivery.

Returns
Because this is a sterile product, opened vials cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a broken seal, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you.
